• Are children’s results interpreted differently than adults?

• What does HTMA show that blood tests do not?

• How much hair is needed for each test?
  Approximately one heaping teaspoon of hair cut close to the scalp from multiple areas. By weight, about 125 mgs.  A scale is provided in your test kit(s) for accuracy.
• How long does it take to receive results?
  Results are typically available within 2-3 weeks after the lab receives the samples.
• Will we receive one report or two?
  Each person receives their own 2 page laboratory results and personalized interpretation.
• Are supplements required?
  Supplements are often needed depending on your HTMA results.  Sometimes, body’s need more help than diet alone but they are always paired with diet and lifestyle guidance.
• Is HTMA appropriate for sensitive children?
  HTMA is gentle and non-invasive, making it a common choice for families. Parents should consult their healthcare provider for children with complex or urgent medical needs.
• Can we retest in the future?
  Yes. Retesting is commonly done after several months to monitor progress and changes. I offer a discounted retest option.
